Reservation Timeframe: Reservation requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance.

Deposit Payment: A minimum 50% deposit is required to reserve a date and time slot. This is non-refundable.

Balance Payment: 100% of the balance is due on or before the party date. This is non-refundable.

Last Minute Party Requests: Last minute party requests should be directed to the store manager. Pending availability, such parties will be charged a rush fee.
